Two more Bolivian provinces voted for autonomy in large numbers yesterday. Over 80% voted for autonomy in both Beni and Pando. Turnout was 66% in Beni and 55% in Pando. With over 80% of voters in favor of autonomy in three provinces, Morales has a serious political problem to deal with.
