Two more provinces vote for autonomy - SendMeRSS

Two more Bolivian provinces voted for autonomy in large numbers yesterday. Over 80% voted for autonomy in both Beni and Pando. Turnout was 66% in Beni and 55% in Pando. With over 80% of voters in favor of autonomy in three provinces, Morales has a serious political problem to deal with. The recall votes in August will be an opportunity for the president to regain some initiative, but no matter what the results, these autonomy votes will still give some legitimacy to the opposition movements in
